Bel-Air Residences Lipa: A House, A Home, and A Lot More

whenever i am asked what's the first thing I'd buy if I ever win the lottery, i answer "a house" in a heartbeat. it is something that's been on top of my list since I started earning. something i've been dreaming about ever since i realized how hard it is to be "homeless" and to be renting in a place you will never be able to call your own.

and if i am asked what my dream home is, i always say i want it to be a bright one - bright, as in i get lots of sunshine even when i am indoor. i do not want a  gloomy atmosphere because it downs the spirit. i want my house to be a cozy place for myself and my family.

my favorite preacher (his name is bo) once said, when you dream, dream in details. if you want a car, describe it. what type, what color, how much, etc. etc. so when i dream of a house, i dream in great detail... i want it to be spacious, modern and chic. i want it to have lots of rooms because my family is big and i love friends visiting me. i want it to have a yard spacious enough for a vegetable and flower garden and even enough for a small playground for my niece and my "future kids". i'd love it to be enclosed in white picket fences, set in a rural landscape away from the busy metropolis, where fresh air's aplenty.

hmmm.. i want something like this.

this home "Is conceptualized with the hospitable Filipino culture in mind.  Our spacious living and kitchen area will surely make entertaining and having guests around a memorable affair.  One can build a garden or other extensions on the generous space all around the home unit, especially with a large back garden. A balcony to enjoy Lipa air, and watch the view and action below."

This is just one of the lovely homes at Bel-Air Residences Lipa, situated in one of the best cities in the country. Choices of house units range from townhouses to two-storey units with floor areas as big as 88 to 165 sq. meters, all designed under the concept of  “Modern Zen” architecture.

Owners of these great homes will enjoy amenities like their own basketball court, a jogging path, a playground for kids, barbeque area, multiple parks, a pool, a lanai, a gazebo and a Club House.

Bel-Air Residences Lipa is near schools such as Ateneo School of Business, De La Salle University Lipa and many more.

Aside from being close to established hospitals like Lipa Medix Medical Center  and Metro Lipa Medical Center, the village is walking distance from major malls such as SM Lipa, Fiesta Mall, South Supermarket etc. Other leisure places like the Mt. Malarayat Golf Course, The Farm at San Benito and famous Batangas dive sites are minutes away also.

Alexandra, for me, is a dream that turned into a reality. it is exactly what i have envisioned my dream house to be, even better. In Bel-Air Residences one cannot just find a (dream) house - one can find a home and definitely a lot more!

**This post is my entry to Nuffnang's "Bel-Air Residences Brings You to Bohol and Boracay" contest. And I'd love to go back to Boracay! :)

  1. The majority of homes you'll see have vinyl fencing instead of wood. Over the past two decades, our product has overtaken wood fencing in popularity; many homeowners have made the switch and have not only added beauty to their property, but value as well. Trust Vinyl Picket Fence for the best prices and selection of vinyl fences.
